How to Check Abu Dhabi Visit Visa Using Passport Number?
You can easily check your UAE visit visa issued from Abu Dhabi using your passport number through the official UAE government portals. Follow these steps carefully:
✅ Option 1: Check via the ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Ports Security)
This portal covers Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Steps:
Visit the official ICP website: https://icp.gov.ae
Click on “Public Services”.
Choose “Visa Status” or “File Validity” service.
Select “Search by Passport Information”.
Choose “Visa” under the type of search.
Enter your:
Passport number
Passport expiry date
Nationality
Complete the captcha and click “Search”.
You will see your visa details, including:
Visa number
Issuing Emirate (Abu Dhabi)
Visa type and status
Validity and expiry date
✅ Option 2: Check via GDRFA (for Dubai-issued visas only)
If your visa was mistakenly processed in Dubai, you can use the GDRFA portal:
Visit: https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae
Go to “Visa Status Inquiry”
Enter your details (passport number, nationality, etc.)
⚠️ Important Notes
Ensure your passport number matches exactly what was used in the visa application.
If your visa doesn’t appear, it may still be under processing, or the details may have been entered incorrectly.
You can also contact the ICP support center at 600-522-222 for confirmation."
