Thailand Visa: How Indians Apply for Work Visa
"To legally work in Thailand, Indians must obtain:
Non-Immigrant B Visa (for employment)

Both require support from a Thai employer.
1. Secure a Job Offer in Thailand
You cannot apply for a Thailand work visa without a confirmed job offer from a Thai company.
The employer must meet eligibility rules, including:
Registered Thai company
Sufficient paid-up capital

2. Employer Provides Visa-Support Documents
Your employer in Thailand must send you the required documents, such as:
Company registration documents
List of shareholders
VAT certificate
Latest financial statements
Employment contract
Approval letter for hiring a foreigner
Without these, the embassy will not issue a visa.
3. Apply for the Non-Immigrant B Visa (From India or UAE)

You cannot start working until the work permit is issued.
5. Convert to a 1-Year Visa Extension
