How to Book Poland Work Visa Appointment Date?

To secure an appointment for a Poland National D-Type Work Visa from India, follow these steps:

Step 1: Register via the e-Konsulat Portal

1. Visit the official e-Konsulat website: https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl

2. Select your country as India.

3. Choose ""National visa – work"" as your visa category.

4. Fill out the application form accurately.

5. After submission, you'll receive a confirmation with a unique reference number.

Note: Appointment slots are allocated through an electronic draw system. Availability can be limited, so regularly check the portal for open slots.

Step 2: Determine Your Jurisdiction

Your place of residence in India determines where you should apply:

• Embassy of Poland in New Delhi: Residents of northern and eastern states, including Chandigarh, Delhi (NCR), Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and West Bengal.

• Consulate General of Poland in Mumbai: Residents of western and southern states, such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
