Where can Nigerians apply for visa lottery?

The main Visa Lottery Nigerians usually refer to is the U.S. Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery, also known as the Green Card Lottery. However, eligibility depends on Nigeria’s immigration patterns to the U.S.:

• Currently (2025 DV Program): Nigerians are NOT eligible to apply for the U.S. DV Lottery because more than 50,000 Nigerians have immigrated to the U.S. in the past five years. This exclusion has applied for several years.

Other countries do not run the same kind of large-scale “visa lottery” program. Instead, they may have:
