UAE Visa: Do US Visa Holders Need Entry Visa?

"A UAE visa is not determined by whether you hold a United States visitor visa.

It depends only on your nationality, not on the type of visa you hold for another country.

1. If your nationality is visa-exempt for the UAE

Then you do NOT need a UAE visa.

Example: Citizens of the USA, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, etc., get visa-on-arrival.

2. If your nationality requires a UAE visa

Then you MUST apply for a UAE tourist/visit visa, even if you have a U.S. visitor visa.

Example: Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Filipino, Sri Lankan nationals — all require a UAE visa regardless of having a U.S. visa."
