Thailand Visa: Process for Thailand–Myanmar–Cambodia
Thailand – Work Visa Process (Non-Immigrant B + Work Permit)
- Job Offer – Get an offer from a Thai employer
- Employer Documents – Company provides registration papers, tax documents, and employment contract.
- Apply for Non-Immigrant B Visa – Apply at a Thai Embassy/Consulate in your country with passport, photos, degree, and employer documents.
- Enter Thailand – Receive a 90-day visa.
- Apply for Work Permit – Employer files your work permit with the Ministry of Labour.
- Visa Extension – After getting the work permit, extend visa to 1 year.
Myanmar – Work Visa + Stay Permit
- Job Offer – Must have employment from a Myanmar-registered company.
- Entry Visa (Business / Work) – Apply at the Myanmar Embassy with passport, invitation letter, company registration.
- Arrive in Myanmar – Get an initial short-term stay.
- Apply for Stay Permit + Multiple Re-entry Visa – Employer helps get a Stay Permit (3–12 months) and Multiple Re-entry Visa.
Cambodia – E-Type Visa (Employment) + Work Permit
- Job Offer – Get hired by a Cambodian employer.
- Apply for E-Type (Ordinary) Visa – Get a 30-day E Visa on arrival or embassy.
- Extend Visa (EOS) – Employer helps extend to EB Visa Extension (6 or 12 months).
- Apply for Work Permit – Apply online through the Ministry of Labour’s system (employer + employee documents).
