Join our team as an IT Technical Customer Support Analyst! In this role, you’ll provide first-line technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Main Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to onsite and remote users. Manage and monitor IT Service Desk Incidents using a call management system. Prioritize and assign requests within IT Support teams. Manage user system access for various applications. Complete user password resets for different applications. Identify opportunities to improve service quality or process efficiency within the IT Service Desk. Ensure all incidents are handled within SLA targets. Escalate issues or outages to the IT Service Desk Manager. Work in shifts and may be part of an on-call rotation.

Required Skills (Essential):

Minimum three years of experience in an IT support team. Experience with Windows 10 support and builds (both OS and PC hardware). Citrix support experience. Active Directory management. SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) experience. Exchange account maintenance. Incident management skills. Experience with a call management system. Experience with Office 2016 & 365. Networking, patching, and server support experience.

Required Skills (Desirable):

Microsoft certification. O365 Knowledge. Managing small projects from start to finish. Windows 10/11 migration experience. Avaya/Cisco Telephony skills. ITIL foundation certification.
