Job Description: We are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to join our dynamic team based in New Zealand, supporting our expanding operations in the APAC region. This role offers training opportunities and a hybrid working environment, providing a fantastic opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. Manage and prioritize workload while keeping stakeholders informed of project progress. Demonstrate a genuine interest in technology and willingness to learn new skills. Adhere to ITIL practices and standards. Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT Service Desk role. Familiarity with ITIL practices or ITIL certification preferred. Microsoft certifications are desirable. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work autonomously and proactively. Interested?
