Job Title: IT Support Officer

Role Overview: Join our team as an IT Support Officer! You’ll be the go-to person for all IT-related matters, providing support to staff, tutors, and students. This is a full-time, permanent position with ample opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support for PC and Mac devices, troubleshoot SSO and MFA issues.
  • Handle activation code requests and resolve IT issues in person and remotely.
  • Investigate telephone and wireless network issues, perform network cabling and patching.
  • Manage equipment procurement, hardware/software installation, and printer maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous IT support experience in a university or business setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a sense of humor.
  • Attention to detail, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 10.
  • Experience with laptop/desktop installation, configuration, and printer maintenance.
