Job Title: IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Analyze and resolve computer-related issues promptly.
- Implement proactive solutions to recurring problems.
- Manage network connectivity and maintain inventory.
- Provide technical support via calls and emails.
- Setup user accounts and perform basic security functions.
- Collaborate with vendors and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- Administrative knowledge of Windows and Office.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, FTP, and TCP/IP.
- Hands-on experience with PC and MAC hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting and research skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work flexible hours when needed.
Work Conditions:
- Must lift up to 50lbs.
- Flexibility for planned system outages.
