Job Title: IT Support Technician

Company Overview: Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is a renowned global brand known for its cultural impact beyond music. We’re looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team, ensuring smooth operations across our UK and Ireland offices.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Analyze and resolve computer-related issues promptly.
• Implement proactive solutions to recurring problems.
• Manage network connectivity and maintain inventory.
• Provide technical support via calls and emails.
• Setup user accounts and perform basic security functions.
• Collaborate with vendors and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Administrative knowledge of Windows and Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, FTP, and TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience with PC and MAC hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and research skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work flexible hours when needed.

• Must lift up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility for planned system outages.
