Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Technical and Support Team Lead to join our team in Wellington. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional leadership, customer service, and technical expertise in executing IT service duties for Transdev. This includes accurately resolving incidents and service requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and leading a team of Technical Analysts.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the IT service delivery team by example, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently and effectively. Diagnose L1/L2/L3 application, hardware, network, and software faults either onsite, remotely, or via video conferencing. Work closely with Technical Analysts and Project Managers to deliver projects and programs on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Provide technical solutions and support for Transdev Australia and New Zealand’s IT managed environments. Experience and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in IT service delivery. ITIL Certification is required. Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Computer Science are preferred. Networks or Systems qualifications such as CCNA or MCSA are also preferred. Application Deadline: 10/05/2024
