Job Description

An NHS Trust in South Central is seeking a Consultant in Medical Oncology with a particular interest in Upper and Lower Gastrointestinal Oncology to join their multidisciplinary cancer care team. Job Details: Consultant – Medical Oncology (Upper & Lower Gastrointestinal)

The consultant will lead medical oncology clinics, manage treatment plans for patients with upper and lower gastrointestinal cancers, and participate in clinical education, research, and innovations in GI oncology.

Eligibility Criteria:

  •  Consultant Grade Experience: Minimum 6–7 years post-internship/foundation training
  •  Specialty Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Medical Oncology
  •  Qualifications: Relevant postgraduate qualification (MRCP, FRCS, MRCPsych, FRCR, etc.)
  •  Registration: Full GMC registration with a license to practice
  •  Language Requirement: IELTS (minimum 7.5 overall, 7.0 in each section) or OET (Grade B)
