Job Description

An NHS Trust in South Central is looking for a Consultant in Neurology to join their dedicated team. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and neurodegenerative diseases. The consultant will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care, contribute to clinical research, and support service development in neurology. Job Details: Consultant – Neurology

The consultant will lead neurology clinics, provide treatment plans, manage complex neurological conditions, and contribute to research, clinical trials, and educational programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

  •  Consultant Grade Experience: Minimum 6–7 years post-internship/foundation training
  •  Specialty Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Neurology
  •  Qualifications: Relevant postgraduate qualification (MRCP, FRCS, MRCPsych, FRCR, etc.)
  •  Registration: Full GMC registration with a license to practice
  •  Language Requirement: IELTS (minimum 7.5 overall, 7.0 in each section) or OET (Grade B)
