These roles are officially approved through collaboration between the Government of Japan and India’s National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Under a 5-year plan, Japan aims to hire over 8,20,000 Indian workers.

💰 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ¥150,000 – ¥200,000 per month (inclusive of tax & allowances)

🗣️ Language Requirement:
Minimum Japanese Language: N4 Level (JLPT / NAT / JFT-Basic)
Non-N4 candidates: Full Japanese language training provided
N4-qualified candidates: Direct SSW exam preparation
⏳ Program Duration:
Fresh / Non-N4 Candidates: 9–12 months (Language + SSW + Job + Visa)
N4-Qualified Candidates: 3–6 months (SSW Prep + Interview + Visa)
