Cancel Appointment:

Utilize the Cancel an Appointment section to cancel your confirmed appointment. Please note that once canceled, appointments cannot be retrieved. If you still wish to submit an application, book a new appointment online or visit the Visa Service Centre.

Use the Retrieve Application section to recover an incomplete appointment application. When scheduling an appointment, choose the Retrieve Application option and save the details by entering the Passport Number. This allows you to easily recover and complete your application later.
