  • When ready to apply, You can either download the visa application form and fill it out manually or complete the application form online.

  • Once your visa form is done, schedule an appointment for biometrics at the Visa Application Centre.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email and appointment letter.
  • For families or groups, each member must book individual appointments.

  • Once you've applied, you'll need to pay your visa fee. If you download the form to print and bring to the Visa Application Centre, you'll make the payment during your appointment.
  • Payment is made at the Visa Application Centre.

  • You must personally submit your filled visa application form at the Visa Application Centre.

The process for applying for a Croatian study visa (Long-Stay Visa D) from India typically involves the following steps:

  1. Acceptance at a Croatian Educational Institution: You must first secure admission to a recognized educational institution in Croatia. Ensure you have the official acceptance letter or enrollment certificate, as you will need to submit it with your visa application.
  2. Complete Visa Application Form: Download and fill out the visa application form for Croatia. The form can usually be found on the official embassy or VFS Global website.
  3. Gather Required Documents: Typical documents include (but not limited to): Valid passport, Recent passport-sized photos, Proof of sufficient funds, Health insurance, Criminal record certificate, Proof of accommodation, Proof of acceptance at a Croatian educational institution, Visa fee payment receipt and etc.
  4. Book an Appointment: You’ll typically need to schedule an appointment to submit your visa application and attend an interview if required. This can usually be done through the the Croatian Embassy/Consulate.
  5. Pay Visa Fees: Pay the applicable visa fee when scheduling your appointment. Be sure to check the current fee on the official website.
  6. Attend the Interview (if required): Attend any required interviews or biometric data collection appointments.
  7. Submit Your Application: Visit the VFS Global application center or the Croatian Embassy/Consulate in India to submit your application. Bring all required documents, the application form, and the visa fee payment receipt.
