You can pay online through RazorPay using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI.
Note: The visa application fees are non-refundable, whether your application is approved or not. If you don't submit your application documents within 90 days, the High Commission won't refund the fees. In that case, you'll need to submit a new application and make a new payment.

  3. Upload Applicant's Photograph: Prepare a digital copy of the applicant's photograph in PDF, jpeg, jpg, or png format. Upload it as per the specifications mentioned on the website.

The consular section is closed on official Ghanaian/Indian holidays.

Important notes:

  • Do not visit the Embassy to collect your passport unless you have the collection notification.
  • Successfully completing and submitting the visa form doesn't guarantee getting a visa.
  • You'll receive four notifications during the online application process:
    1. First, when the application is successfully completed.
    2. Second, when your documents reach the Ghana High Commission.
    3. Third, when your visa is approved or declined, along with the collection date.
  • Before traveling, make sure you have received the Yellow Fever vaccination and possess a valid certificate confirming that you were vaccinated at least 10 days before the journey.
  • Follow the photo specifications closely, as not doing so will result in your application being invalidated.
    1. Ensure your photo has a square shape, with minimum dimensions of 600 x 600 pixels and maximum dimensions of 1200 x 1200 pixels.
    2. It should be in color (24 bits per pixel) using the sRGB color space.
    3. Save it as a JPEG, JPG, PNG, or GIF file with a size of less than or equal to
