Note: The visa application fees are non-refundable, whether your application is approved or not. If you don’t submit your application documents within 90 days, the High Commission won’t refund the fees. In that case, you’ll need to submit a new application and make a new payment.

Important notes:

  • Do not visit the Embassy to collect your passport unless you have the collection notification.
  • Successfully completing and submitting the visa form doesn't guarantee getting a visa.
  • You'll receive four notifications during the online application process:
    1. First, when the application is successfully completed.
    2. Second, when your documents reach the Ghana High Commission.
    3. Third, when your visa is approved or declined, along with the collection date.
  • Before traveling, make sure you have received the Yellow Fever vaccination and possess a valid certificate confirming that you were vaccinated at least 10 days before the journey.
