After your visa application decision is made, you can choose to pick up your documents or passport from the Visa Application Centre or have them delivered to you by courier, depending on the delivery option you selected during the visa application submission.

For in-person collection:

• Bring the original ICR (receipt) and a copy of your government ID proof.
• Third-party collection is only allowed for immediate family members, authorized representatives of official or diplomatic passport holders, and company representatives with proper authorization.
• The collecting individual must bring photocopies of the government ID cards of all applicants, the original ICR, and an authorization letter from the applicant.

If you lose your ICR, you must visit the centre in person to collect your passport.
