We offer a Premium Lounge service for customers who want a more comfortable and individualized visa application experience. Here are the details:

Service Hours: We accept documents without the need for an appointment on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Included Amenities (Additional Fee of 114 BYN):

• Special assistance from a Visa Application Centre employee.
• Printing and photocopying facilities.
• Dedicated information helpdesks via phone and email.
• Assistance with filling in the visa application form.

To schedule a Premium Lounge appointment, you have two options:

1. Email: Send an email to VIPLounge_BY@Vfsglobal.com with your name, surname, contact number, and your preferred submission date.
2. Phone: Contact our helpdesk between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on working days.

Please note that using the Premium Lounge service won’t affect the visa processing time, visa issuance, or visa duration. The service fee of 114 BYN covers only the amenities mentioned above and does not include visa and service fees or any other additional services provided by the Visa Application Center.

Courier

We offer an SMS service at the Visa Application Centre that you can use when submitting your application. If you opt for this service, you will receive an SMS notification as soon as your processed passport is ready for collection. To learn more about this service and its details, please inquire with the VAC staff when you submit your application.

It’s crucial to ensure that the phone number you provide for this service is accurate to receive the SMS notification about your passport’s status.
