Please fill out the BLS Online Visa Application Form accurately and completely to ensure timely processing and avoid any delays or rejections. You can download the PDF form or fill it out online. Remember to sign the form before submitting it, and handwritten forms are also accepted.

Make sure to follow the Document Checklist and arrange all your documents in the specified order. Don't forget to sign where required. Refer to the photo specification guidelines and attach the correct photograph to your completed application form.

You can submit your application by walking in at the nearest BLS Morocco Visa Application Center. No appointments are needed; you can submit your application during the center's working hours.

After checking in at the reception desk, grab your token number and proceed to the counter where a Customer Service Officer will verify your documents. If anything is missing or incorrect, they'll let you know, and you'll need to complete the requirements and return to the application center. If everything's in order, pay the Visa Fee & Service Charges, and get the receipt with an Acknowledgement note. Keep this receipt safe as you'll need it during passport collection.

       Important notes:

  1. If additional documents are pending, submit them within 14 days of notification.
  2. If someone else submits your application, they need your authorization letter and a valid ID.

The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco accepts applications and returns passports from Mondays to Fridays. Normally, they assess applications within 5 business days from receipt. However, some may take longer, for which neither BLS nor the Embassy is responsible. You can track your application status on our website.

Once a decision has been made on your visa application, you can retrieve your documents from the Visa Application Centre in person or opt for Courier service.

Private Higher Education Approval: If you are attending a private higher education institute in Morocco, secure preliminary approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation. (Not required if you are enrolled in a major Moroccan school approved by Moroccan authorities.)
  11. Letter of Guarantee: Include a letter from a close relative or guarantor residing in Morocco, confirming their commitment to providing accommodation and financial support during your stay.
  12. Residency Status Adjustment: Ensure that your guarantor commits to assisting you in adjusting your residency status as a foreign student with the relevant authority.
  13. Repatriation Costs Commitment: The guarantor should also commit to covering your repatriation costs in case of expulsion from Morocco.

  • Use CAPITAL letters for the Visa Application Form, print it on three separate sheets, not both sides. Photocopies must be on A4 size
