Let us walk you through the process

  • If you're not from Australia or New Zealand, you need a visa to travel or transit through Australia.
  • Decide which visa you need, then VFS Global can help you fill out the online form and upload your documents. They can also assist with paying the visa fee if you bring your own credit card.
  • To get help with the form, prepare your info and documents, book an appointment at their center, and pay the service fee there.

To get the service, book an appointment and pay the minimum service fee at the center. Choose from these options:

  1. Assistance with online visa form lodgement
  2. Assistance with online visa form lodgement and visa fee payment (using your own credit card)
  3. Assistance with online visa form lodgement including biometric collection
  4. Assistance with online visa form lodgement and visa fee payment (using your own credit card) including biometric collection

After booking, you'll get an appointment confirmation email.

  • To use the service, pay the minimum fee at the VFS Global center. Fees are per person and non-refundable.
  • For online visa form help, the minimum time slot is 30 minutes, with extra fees for every additional 15 minutes.

  • On your appointment date and time, bring all required documents to our center. Check the Australian Department of Home Affairs website beforehand for your visa category's document requirements.
  • Incomplete appointments still cost the service charges, and fees won't be refunded.

  • Attach a digital photograph and one colored photograph (both must be the same, less than three months old). Stick the photo at the top right corner of the form. Do not pin or staple.
  • Fill in all mandatory fields carefully. Any incorrect information may result in the rejection of your application.
  • Note down your web file number for future reference.
  • Sign in the box at the top right corner and on the last page of the form.
  • Your IP address will be recorded. Avoid making false entries.

Special Attention:

  • Columns marked with (*) are mandatory.
  • Column-A (Personal Particulars): Name, surname, and other details must match exactly with your passport information.
  • Column-B (Passport Details): Passport number, place of issue, date of issue, and expiry date must be the same as in your valid passport.
  • Column-C (Applicant’s Contact Details): Present address should match your utility bills. Provide a valid email address and mobile number.
  • Column-D (Family Details): This section must not be left blank. Previous nationality information is mandatory.
  • Column-E (Details of Visa Sought): This section is mandatory.
  • Column-F (Previous Visit): Do not leave this blank. Mention the previous visa number and date of issue, if applicable.
  • Column-I (Details of Two References): Provide genuine contact details.

VISA APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

The process for applying for a Indian study visa Bangladesh typically involves the following steps:

  1. Determine Your Visa Type: The first step is to identify the correct visa type for your purpose of travel. For pursuing academic studies, research programs, or full-time courses at recognized Indian institutions, applicants must apply for the Student Visa (S-Visa).
  1. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for an Indian Study Visa, applicants must have an official admission letter from a recognized Indian educational institution. Additionally, applicants need to demonstrate proof of financial support to cover tuition fees, accommodation, and other expenses during their stay.
  1. Create Online Application: Visit the official Indian Visa Online portal and select the option for a Regular Visa Application. Fill out the Online Visa Application Form (Form IVAC) with accurate personal and travel details. Once completed, save the application form and print a copy to submit later.
  1. Prepare Required Documents: Gather all necessary documents to support your visa application. General documents include the original passport valid for at least six months with two blank pages, the printed online visa application form, two recent passport-sized photographs, a copy of the national ID card, a copy of the admission letter from the Indian institution and etc.
  1. Book Appointment & Payment: After completing the online application, schedule an appointment at your nearest Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC). Choose a convenient date and time for submission. Bangladeshi passport holders do not need to pay a visa fee, but they must pay a Visa Processing Fee of BDT 800 and a Convenience Fee of BDT 24, as revised on August 5, 2018. These fees are mandatory for processing and payment services.
  1. Submit Your Application: On your appointment date, visit the selected IVAC center and submit your application along with all required documents. You will receive a receipt as proof of your application submission.
  1. Track Your Application: Use your Application ID to track your visa application status online through the official portal. This helps you stay updated on the progress of your application.
  1. Collect Your Passport: Once your visa is approved, collect your passport from the IVAC center. Make sure to bring your receipt and any additional documents if requested by the authorities.

Your visa application may be rejected if you:

  • Have a life-threatening contagious disease.
  • Have a mental illness and are traveling for reasons other than medical treatment.
  • Are addicted to or have been involved in drug trafficking.
  • Have a criminal record or pending criminal charges in any country.
  • Have been deported or banned from any country.
  • Submit false, incomplete, or insufficient documents.
  • Have unauthorized travel documents.
  • Hide important information.
  • Or for any other reason that the authorities feel makes you ineligible, which may not always be explained to you.
