VFS Global Visa Services Overview:

1. Range of Services:
   • VFS Global provides services for a smooth visa submission experience.
   • Additional services are optional, with an extra charge in addition to VFS Global service fees.
2. Payment Methods:
   • In person: Cash only (Bangladeshi Taka) at the Canada Visa Application Centre.
   • By Mail: Service charges through a Standard Chartered Bank Draft in Bangladeshi Taka or a Canadian dollar draft from a Canadian bank.
3. Service Charges:
   • Detailed list available on the website’s Service Charges tab.
   • All fees must be paid in Bangladeshi Taka; no debit/credit cards or personal/company cheques accepted.
4. Service Updates:
   • Service charges include local taxes and may change based on Canadian government notifications.
   • Exchange rate determined by the Canadian government.
5. Additional Information:
   • Different services are available in specific locations (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet).
   • Prohibited items for the Visa Application Centre include electronic devices, sealed packages, inflammable items, sharp objects, weapons, etc.
   • Certain services, like SMS and Photocopying, can be availed during your visit to the Visa Application Centre.
6. Important Notes:
   • Effective service charges from November 1, 2023.
   • Submission date for mail-in applications is the date received at the Visa Application Centre.
   • Applicants with incorrect payments may be contacted to pay the difference or have their application returned.
