To collect your passport, follow these options:

In Person:

• Receive an email notification upon passport return to the VAC.
• Collect it at the Dhaka VAC between 09:00 to 10:00 and 13:00 to 15:00. Sylhet VAC also allows collection.
• Bring a valid ID and the VAC-issued receipt.

Authorized Representative:

• Authorize someone to collect on your behalf.
• The representative must have:
  • Completed VFS Global Consent Form.
  • Their government-issued valid photo ID.
  • Copy of your ID.
  • For children on the application, a copy of the birth certificate.
  • For the spouse, a copy of the marriage certificate.
  • The VAC-issued receipt.

By Courier:

• Contact the VAC to arrange passport delivery to your preferred location.
