  • Start by figuring out the visa type you require and confirming your eligibility.

  • Ready to apply? Go to the Estonian Embassy site for online visa registration.
  • You can also download, fill, print the visa form, and submit it at the Visa Center.
  • Note: Under 18? Parents/guardians must sign Consent Form.

  • After applying for your visa, schedule a biometric appointment at a Visa Application Centre.
  • Upon appointment booking, you'll get an email confirmation and appointment letter.
  • For families or groups, each member needs a separate appointment.
  • Missed appointments can't be rescheduled immediately; wait 24 hours for new booking.
  • Remember, each family/group member must book an individual appointment. E.g., a family of 4 schedules 4 appointments (2 adults, 2 children).

  • After applying, settle your visa fee. Online applicants pay during application, while those using a printed form pay at their Visa Center appointment.

  • Collect your passport within 30 days from the Centre's reception. After, passports go back to Estonia's Embassy.
