Step-by-step guide ( Fast Track Visa-on-Arrival (VOA) )

  • 1: Provide the required information and upload the essential documents:

     

    • Go to the VFS Global website and create an account.
    • Fill in all the required information and upload the necessary documents.
    • Make sure you select the country according to your passport for travel to Indonesia.
    • Apply at least 72 hours before your arrival in Indonesia.
    • Use the same passport for the application and your travel to Indonesia.
    • Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Indonesia and has a blank page for immigration use.
    • The required documents are a valid passport and return flight tickets.
    • Scan and upload passport copies and return flight tickets during the online application.
    • Additional documents may be requested by immigration.
    • Each traveler, including infants and children, needs an individual Fast track VOA.
    • Double-check that the information you provide matches your passport exactly.
    • Once the Fast track VOA is processed, the information cannot be changed, and fees are non-refundable.
    • The Fast track VOA application is not related to Indonesian Embassies or Consulates.

  • 2: Pay the fee online:

     

    • After providing all the required information, proceed to the Payment Gateway.
    • Use a MasterCard, Visa, or Maestro credit/debit card to make the payment.
    • The card does not have to be in your name.
    • Ensure that your card has the “3D Secure System” for added security.
    • Make sure your card is enabled to make international transactions.

     

  • 3: Download the Fast track VOA receipt:

     

    • After successfully completing the fee payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
    • Once your application has been received by the government of the Republic of Indonesia, you will receive a Fast track VOA processing confirmation and information about the VOA fees via email.
    • It is essential to keep a printed copy of your Fast track VOA confirmation with you when traveling.

Important Note:

  • Submit all the necessary documents in person at the Visa Counter at Gate No. 5 (Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi Marg side) between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The collection of approved visas will take place at the same gate between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Please note that only completed visa applications will be accepted.
  • All applicants must have received a full dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, including both the initial double dose and the booster shot.
