Please note that only residents of the states of Goa, Maharashtra, Union Territories of Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli are eligible to apply for visas at the Consulate General of Portugal in Goa. However, residents of other states who have resided in any of the listed states for more than six months may also apply at this Consular Post, provided they present proof of residence.

The jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Portugal in Goa includes the Visa Application Centers (VACs) in Mumbai and Pune.

Residents of other Indian states should submit their visa requests through the Embassy of Portugal in New Delhi. The jurisdiction of the Embassy of Portugal in New Delhi covers the VACs in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Jalandhar, Kolkata, and New Delhi.

Please be aware that customers who schedule their appointment under the wrong jurisdiction and are unable to proceed will not be eligible for a refund of their VFS service fees.
