  10. Police Clearance Certificate:

    • If the applicant is under the age of 18, an authorization to travel from parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
  12. Additional Supporting Documents:
    • Any additional documents required by the embassy or consulate.

There, you can pay the visa fee, submit your documents, and fill out the application form with help if needed.

  2. Institution Applies for Authorization:
    • The college or university in Saudi Arabia applies for authorization for your Student Visa from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  3. Ministry Authorization:
    • Upon approval by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will receive authorization.
  4. Prepare Your Documents:
    • Review the ‘Documents Required’ section to ensure you have all necessary paperwork.
  5. Schedule Your Appointment:
    • Visit the website’s ‘Schedule Appointment’ section or contact the Visa Service Center.
    • Your appointment letter will include crucial details such as the center’s address and fees.

Processing time:

  • Documents for visa applications in the same city as the Saudi Embassy are sent for processing the next working day. For other locations, documents reach the Embassy/Consulate within 2 working days.
  • Visa processing time depends on document completeness and accuracy. Tasheer does not take responsibility for document accuracy and completeness provided by the applicant.

Important notes:

  • Applicants can change appointment dates up to five times only. For additional changes, they can either walk in or choose a “Lounge” appointment.
  • The visa form must be in English
  • All visa applicants for entry into Saudi Arabia must submit biometric information at the Tasheer Visa Service Center.
  • Tasheer is not responsible for delays or rejections in visa processing once documents are given to the Embassy/Consulate. While handling passports and documents, Tasheer takes precautions but doesn’t guarantee processing outcomes.
