Processing time:

  • Documents for visa applications in the same city as the Saudi Embassy are sent for processing the next working day. For other locations, documents reach the Embassy/Consulate within 2 working days.
  • Visa processing time depends on document completeness and accuracy. Tasheer does not take responsibility for document accuracy and completeness provided by the applicant.

Important notes:

  • Applicants can change appointment dates up to five times only. For additional changes, they can either walk in or choose a “Lounge” appointment.
  • The visa form must be in English
  • All visa applicants for entry into Saudi Arabia must submit biometric information at the Tasheer Visa Service Center.
  • Tasheer is not responsible for delays or rejections in visa processing once documents are given to the Embassy/Consulate. While handling passports and documents, Tasheer takes precautions but doesn’t guarantee processing outcomes.
