Once your visa application is processed, you can either collect your documents in person at the Visa Application Centre or have them delivered by courier, depending on your initial choice.

For in-person collection, bring the receipt from the Visa Application Centre and a copy of a valid government photo ID for each applicant and the person collecting the documents.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they’ll need a letter from you (possibly notarized) authorizing them, along with the original receipt and copies of valid government IDs for everyone involved.
