After your visa application decision is made, you can pick up your passport from the Visa Application Centre or opt for courier delivery for an additional fee.

To collect it in person, bring the Centre’s receipt and a government ID. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they’ll need an authorization letter from you, their government ID, and your receipt.
