After your visa application decision is made, you can either collect your documents/passport from the Visa Application Centre or opt for courier delivery as per your initial choice.

For collection in person, you’ll need to bring the original ICR and a copy of your government ID proof.

Third-party collection of documents or passports is generally not allowed, except in specific cases such as immediate family members, authorized representatives of official or diplomatic passport holders, or company representatives with proper authorization.

If you lose your ICR, you must come in person to the counter for passport collection.
