When ready, download the VISA Application Form here, complete, print, and submit it at the Visa Application Centre. The Swiss Embassy in New Delhi reviews applications in person or through representatives or authorized agents; no mail submissions.
- After you apply for your visa, you'll need to make an appointment at a Visa Application Centre for fingerprint and photo collection (biometric information).
- Once you've booked your appointment, you'll receive an email confirming the date and time.
- If you're part of a family or group, each person must book their own appointment. For example, a family of 2 adults and 2 children should book 4 separate appointments.
- Travel agents arranging group appointments can call 022-67866042 to reserve slots at the Joint Schengen Visa Application Centres in India.

Important things to remember:
- You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 times.
- Make sure to reschedule at least 2 days before the originally scheduled date.
- If you reschedule more than twice, it will be treated as a new appointment.
- Appointment cancellations won't result in a refund of service charges and must be made at least 2 working days before the scheduled date.
- After submitting your application, you'll need to pay your visa fee at the VFS Centre. If you download and print the form to bring to the Visa Application Centre, you can make the payment during your appointment.
