Once your visa application decision is made, you can choose between two options to receive your documents:

1. In-Person Pickup: Visit the Visa Application Centre to collect your documents. Bring the receipt issued by the Centre and a copy of your government ID. If you’re unable to go personally, you can authorize someone with a signed letter from you, along with the receipt and their government ID.
2. Courier Service: You can opt for the courier service, which involves an additional fee. In some Visa Application Centres, this might be the sole method available for document retrieval.

Remember to ask about these document collection options at the Visa Application Centre during your appointment.
