After your visa application decision is finalized, you have two ways to get your passport:

1. Collecting in Person: Bring your receipt from the Visa Application Centre and a valid government ID. If permitted, you can send a representative with a signed authorization letter from you, along with the receipt and their ID.
2. Courier Delivery: For an additional fee, your passport can be delivered to you through courier service.
