After a visa application decision is made, you can either collect your documents/passport from the Visa Application Centre or have them returned to you by courier, based on your chosen mode of delivery during the application submission.

For in-person collection, you will need to bring the following:

• Original ICR
• Copy of government ID proof for all applicants

Third-party collection of documents or passports is only allowed in specific cases:

1. Immediate family members (Parents, Children, Siblings, Spouse)
2. Persons collecting on behalf of Official and Diplomatic passport holders with authorized documentation
3. Representatives of a company with an authorization letter on company letterhead and an official ID card

The collecting individual must bring:

• Photocopy of their government ID card
• Original ICR
• Authorization letter from the applicant

It’s important to note that passports not collected within 30 days from the Visa Application Centre will be returned to the Malta High Commission.
