For Applicants submitting in Person: The Embassy of the Philippines in New Delhi accepts visa applications and other consular services from individuals from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Monday to Friday, except on Philippine/Indian holidays and special days when the consular section is closed.

Travel agencies: Travel agencies can only submit applications from 9:00 to 9:30 in the morning.
