Regular Processing: It usually takes 10 working days to process a visa application. You can collect your passport on the eighth working day from submission between 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Weekends and holidays are not counted as processing days. Check your claim stub for the collection date and time.

If you applied through a travel agency and experience delays, ask them about the reason. It could be that they haven’t submitted your application, collected your passport, or forwarded it to you.
