Postal Application Service
Overview:

Effortlessly apply for your visa from the convenience of your home by submitting your documents through post!

Note: For a streamlined process and to minimize delays, consider utilizing our Document Pre-check Service before sending your documents by post.

Postal Application Service Includes:
Receiving your application along with supporting documents sent by post/courier at the Russia Visa Centre. SMS notifications to keep you informed about your application status. Courier return of your passport to any specified address.

Fees:

Service Fees: INR 2500, inclusive of GST. Please be aware that this is a prepaid service, and the fees are non-refundable.

Premium Lounge Service

Important Note: Utilizing the Premium Lounge Service does not impact the application processing time or guarantee visa issuance.

Prime Slot Service

Overview:
Experience the convenience of submitting your visa application without a prior appointment, both before and after regular submission hours (9:00 to 15:00).

Fees:
Service Fees: INR 1500 per application, inclusive of GST. Please be advised that this is a prepaid service, and the fees are non-refundable.

How to Reserve:
For submitting documents before the regular submission hours, please notify the Russia Visa Centre on the preceding working day or earlier. To submit documents after the regular submission hours, kindly arrive at the Russia Visa Centre between 14:30 and 14:45 on the day of submission, and follow the live queue.

Important Note: This service is optional and provides flexibility for a more tailored application experience.

Courier Service

Overview:
Enjoy the convenience of having your processed passport delivered to any address of your preference through our reliable courier service.

Fees:

Service Fees: INR 500, inclusive of GST. Please be aware that this is a prepaid service, and the fees are non-refundable.

Form Filling Service

Change of Visa Processing Time

Request a modification to the originally selected visa application processing time. This service is exclusively available before submitting the application to the Mission.

HIV Test Report Service

Obtain an Embassy-approved and Russia Visa Centre-verified HIV test report to ensure a seamless visa process, eliminating delays associated with the need for resubmission.
