Premium Lounge
The Premium Lounge is an optional service available for purchase at the Visa Application Centre. You can ask for it during your visit, and it offers a more personalised service. You'll have access to a dedicated Premium Service counter where staff will verify your documents and process your payment. You'll also have a team member to assist you during the submission process. Additionally, this service includes photocopy services for up to 10 pages, SMS updates, and courier services. Please note that using the Premium Lounge service doesn't guarantee that you'll get a visa or expedited processing. It also won't affect the standard of service you receive.

Form Filling
Our team is available to assist you with completing your visa application paperwork, whether you choose to apply online or at the Visa Application Centre. Our staff will provide guidance and support throughout the process, helping you to understand the questions and record your answers accurately. It is important to note that our staff cannot answer questions on your behalf or make assumptions when filling in answers.

Courier Assurance
This is an additional service that you can choose to add when you submit your application. It provides enhanced compensation in case your documents are damaged or lost during transportation. It is optional and can be selected at the time of submission.

Courier Service
You can have your documents and passports delivered directly to your home or office through our courier service. This is a safe, fast, and convenient option, which saves you time and travel costs. You can choose the time and location for the delivery of your documents. This way, you won't have to make multiple visits to the Visa Application Centre. This service is available for applicants within the country.

SMS
The SMS service provides regular updates on the progress of your visa application by sending automated messages to your mobile phone at key stages of the process. This helps you stay informed and reduces unnecessary worry and uncertainty about the status of your application.
