  • Applicants submitting their applications in Delhi, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Jaipur, or Lucknow must pay an additional INR 500/- as service charges (inclusive of all taxes).
  • For Tourist Multiple Entry Visa applications at these centers, the visa fee must be paid via demand draft in favor of "Royal Thai Embassy," payable at New Delhi.
  • VFS accepts payment through cash, card, or UPI.
  • Demand drafts should be made in Indian Rupees only.

  • All fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the application is rejected or withdrawn.
  • Applicants are advised to obtain proper receipts for all payments made.

E-VOA fees:

Fee payment is the final step in the application process, completed after submitting your details and all required documents. The E-VOA fees for a Visitor Visa (non-refundable and inclusive of all charges) are as follows:

  • Regular Visa Fee: 2000 THB*
  • Regular Service Fee: 500 THB

Step-by-step guide(Visa at Airport)

As soon as you arrive in Thailand with the pre-approved E-VOA, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Proceed to the Visa on Arrival area within the immigration area of the airport.
  • Look for the dedicated E-VOA lane specifically designated for Electronic Visa on Arrival applicants.
  • Present your passport, Return Air-Ticket, 1 Photograph and Form to the immigration officer at the E-VOA counter.
  • The officer will review your passport and E-VOA approval documents.
  • Upon verification, you will receive the final immigration approval.
  • With the final approval, you can now enter Thailand and continue with your travel plans.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

Transportation Arrangements: Confirmed air tickets stating different ports of departure and destination (Unless the travel purpose is to participate in sport activities or crews, confirmed air tickets shall be in and out of Thailand.)

Business Visa:

  • Original letter from employer/ company indicating intention for travelling with name of Thai company or organization (counterpart)
  • Proof of residence in India (if not Indian national)
  • Proof of membership in an Indian trade organization/ association (for multiple entries)
  • Proof of regular business dealing with the said Thai company (for multiple entries)
