2. Completed Visa Application Form: Fill out the application form accurately and completely.
3. Recent Photograph: Provide a 4x6 cm photograph taken within the last 6 months.
4. Proof of Adequate Finance: Show evidence of financial resources, with 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family.
5. Letter of Approval from the Ministry of Labour: Obtain this letter through your prospective employer by submitting Form WP3 to the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour.
6. Work Permit and Tax Documents: Include a copy of your Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour and alien income tax or Por Ngor Dor 91 (if applicable).
7. Corporate Documents of Hiring Company: Submit business registration and license, shareholder list, company profile, details of business operations, list of foreign workers, map of the company's location, balance sheet, and income tax statements.
