After your visa application decision is made, you can retrieve your passport from the Visa Application Centre or opt for courier delivery, with an additional fee.

Passport collection is allowed for:

1. The applicant themselves (bring Original ICR & a Copy of Government Photo ID).

Third-party passport collection is allowed only in these cases:

1. Immediate Family Members (Parents, Children, Spouse).
2. Authorized persons for Government officials (with an authorization letter on Government letterhead).
3. Red Carpet Representatives (with authorization on Company letterhead).

For collection by any of the above, they must bring:

1. Original Government ID card.
2. Original ICR.
3. Original authorization letter from the applicant.

The covering letter for couriering the passport must mention the applicant’s personal address, not travel agency addresses directed by the Embassy/Consulate.

Note:

For business applicants wanting delivery to their office, specify this in the covering letter with the office address in the courier request form.

For withdrawal cases, collect the passport from VFS Global only.
