This is optional top-up insurance that you can purchase with a courier service, covering your documents for up to 500 USD of enhanced compensation.

The Premium Courier Service is an optional service to accompany your purchase of Courier Return.
Compensation under the standard Courier Return service covers only the cost of replacing the lost or stolen document upon evidence of receipts, see terms and conditions.
However, this Premium Courier Service offers applicants an additional fixed lump sum of 500 USD to cover any other costs caused in the event of damage or loss in transit during document transportation.
Payment of 500 USD will be made upon confirmation of the loss or damage of the documents but no proof of other losses is necessary.
