Once a decision is made on your visa application, you can either collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre or opt for courier delivery at an additional cost.

For in-person collection, make sure to bring:

• The receipt issued by the Visa Application Centre
• A form of government identification

If you prefer someone else to collect your passport, they will need:

• A signed authorization letter from you
• The receipt from the Visa Application Centre
• Their government identification
