Step 1: Gather Required Documents

Please refer to the "Documents Required at QVC" section on this website to ensure you bring all necessary documents to your appointment at the Qatar Visa Centre.

Step 2: Schedule Your Appointment

Visit the "Book Appointment" section on the website to schedule your visit to the Qatar Visa Centre. The appointment confirmation will include the date, Visa Service Center location, applicable fees, and other essential instructions for your appointment.

Medical Test Guidelines

• Test duration: ~2 hours.
• Bring all required documents to the Medical Center at QVC.
• No fasting required; eat and drink as usual.
• Bring prescription glasses/contact lenses if applicable.
• Bring specialist reports and TB-related medical records if applicable.
• Medical tests take about 1 hour after biometric enrollment. Arrive 15 minutes early.
• Avoid bringing valuables like jewelry.

Fee Structure

Biometric Visa Fee: 137.00 USD

Lounge Fee (Optional): 3,000 INR

Additional Info:

• Biometric visa fee paid by employer to Qatar Ministry of Interior.
• Lounge fee paid by sponsor when booking online.
• Fees for value-added services (lounge, insurance) are non-refundable.

Payment for Value-Added Services:

• Pay in cash, UPI, or credit/debit cards at QVC.
• Payments in local currency.
• Optional services available.
