Please note that these value-added services (VAS services) are optional and are provided by BLS International. It is important to understand that utilizing the premium lounge service does not guarantee a faster visa processing time. The issuance of visas/passports is solely at the discretion of the Consulate General of Spain/Embassy of Spain.
Furthermore, it is mandatory to have travel insurance when traveling to Spain. You can obtain your travel insurance from the following options:

Please note the following important information regarding our services:
- All the services mentioned above are entirely voluntary and do not guarantee faster processing time for your application.
- For Prime time appointments, please book through our website. It is essential to note that appointments are mandatory for Prime time applications, and walk-in applicants will not be accommodated.
- Applications submitted between 4 PM to 7 PM (Mon-Fri) will take an additional day to reach the mission for processing. Similarly, applications submitted between 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri) at satellite centers will also take an additional day for processing.

- Please be informed that the Consulate General of Spain/Embassy of Spain has implemented a new arrangement for the collection of passports from the BLS Visa Application Centre. Third-party collection of documents is no longer allowed, except in the following cases:
- Immediate family members (parents, children, siblings)
- One member collecting for the entire group
- Authorized person collecting on behalf of government officials (with proper authorization on government letterhead)
- Representative of a company (with an authorization letter on company letterhead and official ID card) If any of the above individuals come for passport collection, they must carry the following documents: a photocopy of their government ID card, original IC card, and an authorization letter from the applicant.
- Applicants who do not wish to collect their documents in person and are unable to use the authorized collection options mentioned above should choose the “pass back by courier” option at the time of visa application. Passports will be delivered to the applicant’s home or office address as specified in the covering letter. If no specific address is mentioned, the passport will be sent to the address mentioned on the Visa Application Form.
- This change in procedure ensures the safe and secure return of documents to the applicants. The courier address should be the applicant’s residential or office address, not the address of the travel agency.
- If an applicant prefers to collect the passport personally from the BLS International office, there is no need to opt for courier service.
- Please remember that the above-mentioned services are optional, and the fees specified include applicable GST. Make sure to collect appropriate receipts for using these services.
- Courier services are limited to areas covered by the courier company. Please check with the submission officer for more details.
- If you have activated the DND (Do Not Disturb) service on your mobile number, you may not receive messages updating your application status.
