Mobility program of students:

Volunteer: Agreement signed with an organization responsible for the volunteer program (description of activities, conditions, timings, resources and accommodation)

1. Visa Application Forms and Photographs:
   • 2 National visa application forms, duly filled out and signed.
   • 2 recent passport size photographs with a white background attached to the form.
2. Visa Fee Payment:
   • Payment of visa fees through demand draft in favor of CONSULATE GENERAL OF SPAIN.
   • Submission of two photocopies of the demand draft.
3. Passport:
   • Passport with a validity for the entire period of the intended stay (or a minimum validity of 1 year).
   • Photocopy of all pages of the passport.
4. Documentation from the Educational Center:
   • Admission Letter: (The admission letter must contain the start date and duration of the course)
   1. Studies: Authorized educational centre in Spain, for undertaking a full time study program, which leads to obtaining a degree certificate or a certificate of Studies.
   2. Research or Training: Officially recognised centre in Spain for undertaking the said activities. In case of research purpose, the said centre will be a University, a centre of the Governing body of scientific research or a public or private institute of Research and Development.
   1. Officially recognised centre of secondary education and/or higher secondary education.
   2. Admission in a mobility program for students, undertaken by an officially recognised organization for the same.
   • The content of the study plan, training or research that will be undertaken.
   • Proof of payment of the fees or reservation of the course or the study program to be undertaken. In case of minors, the ID proof of the person who has made the payment must be submitted.
5. Proof of Accommodation:
   • Documentation justifying the proof of accommodation during the stay in Spain.
   • Submission of a photocopy of the same.
6. Previous Academic Qualifications:
   • Attested true copy of previous academic qualifications by a notary.
7. Proof of Work Experience (if applicable).
8. Proof of Economic Means:
   • SCHOLARSHIPS: Applicants must indicate and justify with documents the scholarship amount, and in such a case, if they will be possessing economic means.
   • OTHER CASES: Applicants must indicate and justify with documents the economic means that will be provided to them by their family members (justifying the family relationship bond and the letter of guarantee/affidavit of support) or the applicants must possess their personal financial means as well justify the same.
     1. If sponsored by someone – Original Letter of Guarantee / Affidavit of Support along with ID copy of the sponsor (Aadhaar/Passport).
     2. Updated bank Statements of the sponsor/self of the last six months duly stamped and signed by the bank.
     3. The ITRs of the last three years of the sponsors/self with PAN card copy.
     4. Payslips of the last six months of the sponsor/self.
9. Police Clearance Certificate:
   • Police Clearance Certificate from the competent authorities of the countries resided in the last 5 years.
   • Legalized/authenticated or apostilled, if the stay duration is over 180 days.
10. Medical Certificate:
    • Medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner if the stay duration is over 180 days.
    • The certificate should bear the stamp of Apostille of Hague.
11. Medical Insurance:
    • A public or private medical insurance policy covering the entire period of stay in Spain, with comprehensive coverage and no co-payments or coverage limits.
    • Submission of a photocopy of the policy.
12. Documentation for Minors (when not traveling accompanied by parents/guardians):
    • Notarized authorization from parents/guardians for the purpose of travel and studies in Spain.
    • Notarized declaration from the guardian responsible for the minor in Spain, along with the ID proof.
    • Certificate from Registro Central de Delincuentes Sexuales issued by the Ministry of Justice in Spain for the guardian in Spain.
13. Power of Attorney (if applicable).
    • Submission of a photocopy of the same.
