  • To apply for a visa through GOV.UK, you must pay for both the visa fee and healthcare surcharge (if applicable).
  • After payment, you will be given a reference number that starts with GWF. This reference number will be useful if you need to make any changes to your application or appointment in the future.

  • After you have successfully submitted and paid for your visa application on the UK website, you will be redirected to the VFS Global website to schedule an appointment at a Visa Application Centre where you will have your biometric data (fingerprints and photograph) collected.
