Additional information
The fee is non-refundable in the event of a positive TB test result, a decision not to travel to the UK, or a visa refusal. Treatment is not covered by the test fee.
Children will receive a certificate after completing a questionnaire and a physical examination. If there are any signs of TB, a chest X-ray will be conducted, along with other necessary follow-up tests, as per UK regulations.
Please avoid wearing jewellery, as a chest X-ray requires the removal of any metallic items. It’s advisable to wear cotton clothing. Children or applicants needing assistance may be accompanied during the process.

Payment for the fee must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) directly at the clinic. The equivalent amount in US dollars (USD) will be determined based on the IOM official exchange rate. Please note that the cost of the test is separate from the visa application fee.
The fee is non-refundable in cases where the person tests positive for TB, decides not to travel to the UK, or their visa is refused. Additionally, the test fee does not cover treatment if the individual already has TB.
For children, an initial certificate will be issued following a questionnaire and a physical examination. If there are any indications of TB, a chest X-ray will be conducted, along with any necessary follow-up tests.
